For the past 15 years, I’ve been diving deep into personal growth and therapy, clocking over 10,000 hours in eastern medicine, yoga, and shamanism. It’s been a transformative journey that really shapes the healing practices I offer now, meeting everyone right where they are.

My approach is super holistic, using everything from hypnotherapy and somatic healing to yoga and intuitive energy healing. It’s all about providing personalized support and honoring everyone’s unique journey.

I’ve also got a background in Psychology, focusing on Women and Gender Studies, plus counseling. This helps me navigate the emotional and mental health stuff with a lot of empathy and precision.!

Going through a tough spiritual awakening myself really brought authenticity and empathy to my work. I openly share this experience to help others see the transformative power of self-discovery and healing. Plus, being a mom of three brings tons of life experience to my practice, blending spiritual guidance with everyday practical wisdom and compassion.

Working with me is all about deep spiritual insight and discovering paths to healing that really resonate. It’s like an invitation to come home to yourself, guided by a genuine connection to the spiritual world.

I offer huge gratitude for my physical and non-physical teachers and mentors that have helped me along this path and journey. I recognize that I do not do this work alone and I am grateful to be of service as a bridge between worlds.

Inner alchemy: transforming your empathic abilities into gold.

I’ve helped thousands from all over the world connect to their spirituality through a body-centered approach and somatic healing.

If you’ve ever worked with a practitioner but felt you didn’t get the results you needed, or you’ve figured out you need to approach healing through the body, you’re in the right place.

Through practical and tangible somatic spiritual healing (that you can actually understand), you’ll heal the trauma that causes disconnection and discover a life full of easeful embodiment and compassion.

Adrenna is a wonderful guide and an amazing somatic intuitive healer who understands empaths. She safely guided me to the root of self-limiting thought patterns and encouraged  me to approach them with loving kindness and compassion.”

— Melissa H.

“She has held a safe and supported space to for me to be open and honest. Adrenna has a true gift. Not only I have learned + gained a lot, but I have also walked away from every session feeling whole, confident, clear, relaxed, and balanced. “

— Krysti L.

Every session with Adrenna has been a gift to myself. Ive worked with several somatic healers and I’ve found that Adrenna offers a unique approach, one that addresses the root of the issue and brings about lasting changes.

If you’re looking for a modern spiritual teacher that is pragmatic, and grounded…

hi

1. I used to hate my name.

Adrenna is my first name and I go by it for spiritual work, but up until my early 30’s-I despised it and thought of changing it several times. At birth, my parents called me by my middle name, Nicole, and it was this name that I identified with and most people in my personal life know me by. Weirdly though, growing up in a haunted home, I always found that it was the spirits that would call me Adrenna…not Nicole, the name I went by. (This always got my attention!)

The whole name switcheroo happened while I was in Year Two of my spiritual practitioner training and a trusted guardian ancestor, my Grandfather Jim, (my shamanic lineage comes from him), told me that it was important for me to go by Adrenna for spiritual work.

Indigenous cultures around the world have revered spiritual naming traditions for centuries, a meaningful practice to catalyze individual development and awaken conscious evolution. It doesn't make me special by any means but it is always an interesting story as you don’t hear Adrenna very often…

PS- “So….how do you say your name?” It’s pronounced uh-dree-nuh. And it won’t hurt my feelings if you accidentally say it wrong or mispronounce. I may have heard that a few times in my life ;)

2. I’m a mama to 3.

I have 2 sons Jude + Gabe, and one daughter, Zoe. Being their mom is one of my life’s greatest blessings…they’re also my biggest teachers of patience, compassion + unconditional love. I credit a lot of my growth as a human being to them.

I also like to share this part of me because as a mother, I have also experienced pregnancy loss and the struggle to parent children as an adult survivor of childhood sexual abuse. These experiences have helped shape who I am and significantly been a part of my healing journey and path.

For those of us that are parents, we often desire to create a better world for our children to live in. My children and my future grandchildren are a huge reason why I do the work I do.

My role as a spiritual practitioner is to be of service to the Universe and the Divine-and I do believe that my role as a mother is a part of this agreement.

I don’t pretend to be a perfect mom that’s 100% mentally present with my children 100% of the time. I’m flawed. I make mistakes. And there have been times where being a mother has been a painful reminder of the disconnection and pain I experienced as a child.

But I keep showing up, I do the inner work that I have the capacity for and strive everyday to be a better mom and human than I was the day before.

I approach my role as a spiritual practitioner the same way.

3. I used to be really skeptical and scared about all concepts of spirituality and the paranormal.

I definitely consider myself a spiritual person now, but I wasn’t always this way.

A little background: I was raised in the South + spent most of my Sunday’s going to church. It wasn’t until a suicide attempt in my early 20’s that I began to explore other avenues-like yoga and meditation. In fact, it wasn’t until I was in yoga teacher training in 2010 that I sensed energy for the first time.

I had a traumatic spiritual awakening that included psychiatric care.

Healing trauma with talk therapy is like mowing your lawn with scissors.

You can definitely go for it,

but there are more effective ways.

You don’t need to spend the rest of your life constantly healing the same shit over and over again. When we approach trama healing through the body (somatic healing), we bypass the misguided western model that only addresses the symptoms. Somatic spiritual healing offers tangible results that determines the origin and heal the pattern for good.

Because let’s be honest-there are some pretty amazing things in this world, but if we aren’t embodied in life-how can we truly experience it?
